This 1-day course has been designed to enable a pilot to operate on unpaved runways, and will include:

• Unpaved runway operations brief including a review of the system operations, limitations, runway suitability, normal and emergency/abnormal operations and performance
• In aircraft practical session conducted on a hard- unpaved runway initially, then introduced to an unpaved runway surface when competency is achieved

To be eligible, you must hold:

• CASR Part 61 Flight Crew Licence
• Type or Class Rating on the aircraft

Aircraft sessions will be conducted in customer supplied aircraft fitted with a gravel kit at Flight Options Sunshine Coast or their location.
