The single pilot resource management (SRM) course familiarises flight crew with the challenges of single pilot operations in high-performance aircraft. It provides guidance that the single pilot can use to manage resources and minimise risks. 

SRM training helps the pilot maintain situational awareness by managing automation, associated aircraft control and navigation tasks. It provides the tools necessary to accurately assess hazards, manage resulting risk potential and make good decisions. 

Upon successful completion of this course, the applicant will have the knowledge and necessary skills to apply SRM principles to the operation of high-performance single pilot aircraft.
