Australia has transitioned from navigation based on ground-based navigation aids to Area Navigation using ICAO PBN framework with Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) as the key enabling technology. The objective of this 1-day course is to impart flight crew knowledge and training requirements covering:

• PBN concepts
• The framework for the application of RNAV and RNP Navigation Specifications to Airspace Concepts
• Operational requirements and contingency operations in RNP Airspace
• Flight lesson in our King Air Full Flight Simulator, covering Terminal, Approach and Missed Approach Operations

To be eligible, you must hold:

• CASR Part 61 Flight Crew Licence
