This 1-day course is for pilots who require a Pressurisation System (PXS) Design Feature Endorsement on their Flight Crew Licence. Conducted in accordance with the competency standards of CASR Part 61 MOS Schedule 2 DFE6 pressurisation system, it includes:

• Ground school and exam to cover the underpinning knowledge that is not covered on an initial rating on an aircraft with a pressurisation system.
• Flight lesson covering normal and abnormal operations of pressurisation systems on the ground and inflight.

If you are continuing training with a type or class rating, the flight lesson in the simulator is not required.

Please note: This course can be combined with the Gas Turbine Engine Course to gain both endorsements over 2 days.
