Beechcraft King Air B200 – Recurrent Training

Course Description

The King Air B200 Simulator Recurrent Training is designed for pilots that regularly fly the aircraft equipped with Collins Pro Line 21 avionics and are required to complete a recurrent training program.

The objective of the recurrent training is to provide a structured program based on evidence-based training principles planning training elements that are regularly practiced.

4 day program, including:

  •  2 Ground School theory days 
  •  2 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) sessions
  • 1 Full Flight Simulator (FFS) session for assessment

Pilots will be trained using our onsite King Air Full Flight Simulator at Flight Options Sunshine Coast.

The objective of the recurrent training is to provide a structured program based on evidence-based training principles and planning training elements that are regularly practiced. The program is divided into three components:

  • Aircraft systems and performance review
  • Simulator training exercises
  • Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC)

To be eligible to commence the King Air B200 Recurrent Rating program, you must hold:

  • Private, Commercial or Air Transport Pilot Licence
  • Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (IR MEA)
  • A Multi-Engine Class Rating on the King Air B200
